Ground Crewman’s Diary

The following pages contain the maintenance diary of an unknown ground crew member of “A” Flight. This fascinating document gives a brief insight into what targets the aircraft under his charge visited and any damage sustained. It also includes some comments about the crews who flew them.

The squadron converted from the Short Stirling to the Avro Lancaster during late July / August 1944
